Naoise O'Duinn is a storyteller who has been working with the National Leprechaun Museum of Ireland for the past 5 years. He has performed at festivals and venues throughout Ireland as an actor and as a storyteller and is a member of the storytelling collective Unlicensed Oral Arts. Originally trained as an actor, shortly after graduating he found himself employed by the National Leprechaun Museum, where he fell in love with the folklore and mythology of Ireland. With a background in theatre and improvisational comedy, Naoise applies contemporary performance practice to traditional oral storytelling, focusing on material related to death and dying, the supernatural, and things considered grotesque or obscene within the Irish Folk tradition and Early Irish Literature.
